We moved to the area about a year and a half ago and were in need of getting set up with a new dentist. I found Valencia Modern Dentistry via a Google search and confirmed they were covered by my Aetna Dental plan. The experience at Valencia Modern Dentistry has been great throughout the entire process. Virginia helped me identify a problem with my insurance in plenty of time for me to call the insurance company and my company's HR department. If she had waited until the day of, I would have had to cancel. My daughter and I went for back to back appointments and the entire process was easy, smooth, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I had a crown that has been bothering me for years and causing problems and pain for a long time. Dr. Montgomery gave me a couple options and didn't pressure me to choose the most expensive one at all. I chose a less pricey option and he made sure I was still able to leave that day with a new fitted crown. It fits SO MUCH BETTER and he made sure adjustments were made to give a perfect fit. At my last dentist the crown I had fallen off twice and never fit quite right. They didn't correct it, but just reattached. I'm so thankful I can chew on both sides of my mouth again and for the first time in quite a while I don't have food getting stuck in that crown at all when it used to be every day. Oh - and while I was getting the old crown removed and replaced, Dr. Montgomery was very accommodating to my anxiety and struggle with keeping my mouth open that long. He adjusted to a smaller bite block, and put the x-ray apron over me during the procedure to help slow down my heart rate. That was last week - today I took two other of my daughters and had another great experience. I highly recommend Valencia Modern Dentistry and I'm glad they are right here near my home in Verrado. Everyone was friendly, kind, professional, and made going to the dentist as pleasant as one could hope for it to be. Five Stars!
