Was able to get in for an emergency dental visit an hour after I called. Was at a level 10 on the pain scale. The dental assistant took my x-rays and Dr. Montgomery advised an immediate extraction due to infection of a failed root canal. The dental assistant was so kind and comforting through the whole process. The doctor was professional, quick and informative. The front desk lady explained the financial portion clearly and even had a discount on my emergency extraction. I have EXTREME anxiety at the dentist, but I'm grateful they stayed late to help me. My husband and I will be switching to this office for routine care. Thank you for treating me like a person and not just a chart number. <3

Everyone made me feel welcomed and was very polite throughout my visit. Virginia at the front desk was very sweet and dental assistant Shannon was so kind and professional. I’m not always the best about keeping up with my cleanings, and I really appreciated that I never felt judged. Hygienist Shanna was great! Dr. Montgomery was very nice and informative, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Valencia Modern Dentistry. I was greeted by Virginia, and she was so kind and welcoming from the very start. The Dental Assistant Shannon was also so kind and personable, and she made me feel comfortable right away. Hygienist Shanna was gentle, thorough, and very professional. Dr. Montgomery was great as well, very informative and professional. I’ve always been nervous and anxious about going to the dentist, but everyone I encountered at Valencia made the entire experience so comfortable. I highly recommend this office and truly appreciate the excellent care I received!
